1. Product Use & Disclaimer

Our hair extensions are 100% virgin European Remy hair, and we recommend professional installation only. Check Her Hair is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, maintenance, coloring, cutting, or styling by the customer or stylist.

2. Returns & Refunds

All returns must follow our Return Policy. Hair that has been opened, worn, cut, colored, or altered in any way is non-refundable. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. No exceptions.

3. Shipping

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in our Shipping Policy, including processing times, potential shipping delays, and responsibility for entering a correct shipping address.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, processing begins and the order cannot be changed or canceled.

5. Payment & Security

All transactions are processed securely. We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods. We do not store your payment information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, photos, product names, and branding—is the property of Check Her Hair and may not be copied or used without written permission.
