At Check Her Hair, every order is handled with care to ensure you receive the luxury experience you deserve. Please review our shipping details below:

• Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing and fulfillment, as our wefts are custom-packed to order and it’s a single woman show! 
• Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or equivalent, which typically delivers within 2–5 business days after processing but could take up to 10 days. 
• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
• Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Check Her Hair is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• International Orders: At this time, we only ship within the United States. 
• Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience!
