Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Check Her Hair, we aim to make your experience seamless from order to install. Please review the following purchase and cancellation terms before placing your order.

Purchase Options

• Online Orders Only: All purchases are made directly through our website. We do not accept orders via DM, phone, or email.
• Bundle Sizes: Our wefts are sold in 40g or 50g bundles depending on the length. Please refer to each product page for specific weight and pricing.
• Grams Per Install: We recommend 100–300+ grams depending on your desired fullness and installation method. Not sure how much to order? Reach out—we’re happy to help!
• Preorder Items: Some shades or lengths may be listed as preorder. These items still follow our 1–2 week processing time unless otherwise noted.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all sales are final and cannot be modified or canceled.
• Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering. After that, we cannot guarantee changes will be applied in time.
• Order Adjustments: We are unable to modify orders (change lengths, shades, or quantities) after the 24-hour window.
