At Check Her Hair, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, ethically sourced virgin European Remy hair. Due to the hygienic nature of our products and our commitment to quality, we have the following return guidelines in place:

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return on eligible items.
• To be eligible for a return, bundles must be in their original condition— uncut, uncolored, and unused—sealed in original packaging.
• Any wefts that have been worn, cut, colored, toned, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at www.checkherhair@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve your issue promptly!
